Leading Change Workshop

Leaders and managers need to engage in both change management (process focus) and change leadership (people focus) to intentionally lead others and drive results during times of change. This workshop focuses on how to successfully lead change by applying three essential skills: Communication, collaboration, and commitment. Participants also learn about how people respond to change and different preferences for change. To help apply what they have learned, participants focus on a specific change challenge they are encountering at work and receive input from their peers.

This workshop was developed by The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)®, a top-ranked, global, nonprofit provider of leadership development.
