SUMMARY:Building a Healthy Workplace Culture: Psychological Safety\, Accountability\, and Support
DESCRIPTION:Register				\n							\n		Staff at human and social services organizations are facing stress\, change\, and conflict on multiple levels. Vicarious trauma and the socio-political climate are contributing to staff feeling drained and disengaged. \nThis six-part webinar series will equip staff and leaders at all levels with foundational mindsets\, knowledge\, and skills to help themselves and their colleagues prioritize well-being at work\, manage through uncertainty\, and handle conflict with compassion.
