Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations
The director of corporate and foundation relations is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive institutional giving program focused on corporate sponsorships and foundation grants. This position builds and stewards relationships with current and prospective funders, develops compelling proposals and partnership opportunities, and ensures that all commitments are fulfilled and recognized. The director will work closely with the chief development officer and program teams to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities and impact goals.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is motivated by growth, energized by building new partnerships, and skilled at translating mission impact into compelling value propositions for corporate and foundation investors. They will bring a business development mindset to fundraising—identifying untapped opportunities, designing creative sponsorships, and generating new revenue streams that fuel the organization’s mission.
