The Senior Director provides strategic, programmatic, and lifecycle management for all services and offerings in Social Current’s leadership development and workforce excellence portfolio. The Senior Director will partner with colleagues and external partners to develop and drive forward key business strategies for Social Current with its network and partners. The position will lead the cultivation and delivery of a revenue-generating portfolio of services and offerings that focus on leadership development and strengthening organizational impact. The position will also provide training, technical assistance and consultation to organizations, businesses and governments with a focus on addressing systemic inequities. The role will serve as a subjectmatter expert and thought leader.
The position will have primary responsibility to lead a new effort to develop, test and implement a Leadership Framework for human services professionals (public and community-based) that unifies their approach and voice and fosters connection to community. Building on our existing tools and resources, this position will create a suite of offerings for organizations to assess and benchmark their current functioning and will organize offerings to support organizations to elevate their proficiency in areas of need. Position is contingent upon grant funding.

May provide direct supervision, which includes establishing performance goals, providing regular supervision and coaching, establishing and supporting a professional development plan, and providing regular performance feedback informally and through annual performance review process.
Travel is expected.
This position will offer an annual salary based on standard work hours of 35 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $126,225. Social Current offers a generous paid time off plan (PTO); medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits; and a 401(k)-retirement plan.
