B2: What’s Next After Accreditation? Moving Beyond Compliance to Culture and Impact
Area of Focus: COA Accreditation and Data-Driven Strategies, Leadership and Organizational Development
Content Level: Doer
Achieving COA Accreditation is a significant milestone for any organization—but it’s just the beginning. This interactive workshop is designed for organizations within the Social Current network that recently completed accreditation or have been accredited multiple times. Participants will learn to review and use their Final Accreditation Report (FAR) as a living tool, identifying strengths and opportunities to embed standards into daily practice and organizational culture.
The session will also highlight how organizations can leverage Social Current’s tools, resources, and peer network to strengthen their workforce, advance equity, improve services, and maintain excellence over time. Through group discussion, guided reflection, and peer sharing, participants will discover practical ways to live out the COA Accreditation standards, rather than view them as compliance tasks, and position accreditation as a driver of organizational impact.
