Find out how your compensation and benefits stack up against other human services organizations by taking part in the recently released survey on professional, direct service, and support staff positions. The data will be used to produce the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities-Council on Accreditation’s 2021 U.S. Human Services Workforce Trends and Compensation Study, which will detail employee salaries by organization budget size, staff size, and turnover.
The survey link was sent directly via email to chief executives, human resources staff, and individuals who completed the survey last year. If you would like to participate in the study, share your contact information through this online form.
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, May 21.
Participating organizations will be able to purchase the report at a reduced rate.
In addition to detailed salary information, the 2021 study is enhanced by a trend report, which more deeply examines critical human resources issues facing our sector including:
- Recruiting and retaining a strong, diverse workforce
- Building and supporting a robust talent pipeline
- Human resources talent metrics
- Efforts to advance equity
Survey participants’ contribution to the 2021 U.S. Human Services Workforce Trends and Compensation Study, to be released in late summer, will help to provide a deep view into the human services workforce, identifying trends, highlighting potential risks and solutions, and sharing opportunities.
