This executive retreat is the inaugural convening of the Facilitating Large Agency Management Excellence (FLAME) group, previously known as Complex Orgs. This group is designed to support learning and networking for those who lead organizations with budgets over $40 million, diverse service arrays, and extensive geographic reach. Organizations’ top two to three executives are invited to participate.

Sonoma County, known for rugged hospitality, stunning landscapes, farm-to-table cuisine, and renowned wineries, offers the perfect backdrop for this executive retreat.

Peer-to-Peer Learning at its Finest

Share and gain leadership and management skills by engaging with a diverse and focused group of executives on the most significant issues facing our work. This is an opportunity to learn from one another, network, and recharge! The program for this retreat has been developed, with input from the core team, to provide ample opportunities to share challenges, exchange of ideas, and lend support to leaders across the network.

Registration

Complete this online form to register. The registration fee is $1595, which includes all meals, as well as excursions to local wineries for tours and tastings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a $500 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after Oct. 7 will not be refunded. Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made for those who have or suspect they have COVID-19. Notice of written cancellation must be emailed directly to Trudy Gregory.

Cancellation by Social Current: If Social Current cancels this conference, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
