The Intensive Accreditation Training (IAT) session is designed to prepare organizations to get the most out of their COA Accreditation experience. The performance and quality improvement (PQI) training will help organization develop a comprehensive approach to a quality improvement process that will advance effective service delivery and organizational capacity.
